(1) There will be a separate fund called the Federal Parliament Development Fund for the physical construction, improvement, development of information technology, upgrading of the library, capacity building of officials, members and employees of the Federal Parliament and the following amounts will be in the fund:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received as grants and assistance from foreign governments, foreign diplomatic missions, national and international associations, institutions or bodies,
(c) Amount received from other sources.
(2) The committee may receive grants and assistance from foreign governments, foreign diplomatic missions, national and international associations, organizations or agencies. The information about the subsidy and assistance received in this way should be given to the Ministry of Finance.
(3) The arrangements related to the operation of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
